Philosophy
Most organisations are built on the assumption that without control, things fall apart. More managers. More meetings. More dashboards. More rules.
But the most resilient, intelligent systems we know — ecosystems, neural networks, cultures — don't work through control. They work through information, responding, and connection.
I spend my time designing systems that give people back their time, attention, and potential — not systems that tell them what to do.
"The system is not designed to control life. It is designed to help us live consciously while remaining open to reality."
Work
